Earlier it was Slash himself who presented the award ceremony Global Icon in the middle of a great ovation and saying: "For four decades, the prince of darkness has shaken everyone who dared to listen to him"said the former Guns 'n' Roses guitarist. "Although he scares most people and even bats sometimes, for me he is a perfect gentleman, an amazing artist and a true rock legend."
