Marilyn Manson and Billy Corgan on tour together

Manson corgan

Marilyn Manson and William - not Billy - Corgan - since now he does not want anyone to call him Billy - will take to the stage together this summer in the United States. The tour is named 'The End Times' ('The End of Times') and will begin on July 7 in Concord, California, to end on August 8 in Cincinnati, Ohio, for a total of 23 concerts. Tickets will go on sale next Friday.

This tour is presented as the first significant list of concerts for Smashin pumpkins after the edition of 'Monuments to an Elegy' last December. William Corgan offered several concerts after the album was released, but these were without his band and accompanied by Brak Wilk, drummer of Rage Against the Machine, and Mark Stoermer, bassist of The Killers. Nothing is yet known about the possible reunion of the Smashing Pumpkins for this tour.

Marilyn Manson, who has been on a tour to promote his latest album 'The Pale Emperor', joined Corgan at one of his concerts in London. That collaboration was interpreted as the reconciliation between the two artists, after Manson, in an interview with Larry King in 2013, suggested that “it would be a good marketing idea for Corgan to sell Charlie Brown t-shirts and hats to appear bald at his concerts. ». A pity that this tour does not leave the United States.
