John Frusciante, the ex-guitarist of the Red Hot Chili Peppers, will venture into the style of electronic music with his new album, an album that will be released on April 7 and will be titled Trickfinger. According to recent statements, the musician will be an album where experimental acid house will take over.
Frusciante described his experience with his new job: “About five years ago, I began to take seriously my ideas of compose electronic music and be my own producer. It's been over a decade since I started incorporating electronic sounds, using a series of synthesizers and samplers together with my guitar. By then I began to discover the language of electronic music and work with a new musical vocabulary to compose ".
The guitarist added on topic: "I think I have already lost interest in composing in a traditional way, now I am excited to find new ways to create music, programming the compositions on the computer and with the programs, I enjoy all that process from beginning to end". In recent days, Frusciante released the album's first single for broadcast, a song entitled 'After Below' and published the full tracklist of trickfinger.
