The second posthumous album by Joey Ramone, «… Ya know?», Will go on sale around the world on May 22, with songs taken from a series of demos and unpublished recordings in which the singer from The "Ramones he had worked for the last decade and a half of his life.

Eleven years after his death, this new album appears, in which his brother, the musician, acts as executive producer Mickey leigh, according to a statement from the record company.

"It was very important to me that these Joey songs were finished properly and made available for the world to hear," Leigh explained. The album consists of never heard before, written or sung by Joey, who was the singer of the New York band Los Ramones, forerunners of the punk movement in the 70s.

«… Already know?» is the continuation of Joey's first solo album, "Don't Worry About Me", which was recorded just before his death, which was produced on April 15, 2001, and which was released the following year. A title that refers to the phrase that was a staple in all the conversations of Joey, who passed away at just 49 years old after a long fight with cancer.

In the production of the album he participates Ed stasium, the creator of some of the Ramones' best records, including their early classics like "Leave Home," "Rocket to Russia," and "Road to Ruin." Stasium has handled ten of the fifteen tracks on the album, as well as contributing instrumentation.

Other musicians who have collaborated on the album have been Joan Jett; Little Steven Van Zandt; the former drummer of Los Ramones, Ramone Richie; Bun E. Carlos, from Cheap Trick; Dennis Diken of the Smithereens; Richie Stotts or Patti Smith Group guitarist Lenny Kaye.
