Enrique Sierra, former Radio Futura, passed away

Sad news for Spanish music: today he passed away in Madrid Enrique Sierra, former guitarist of Radio Futura; he was 54 years old.

The musician formed the band in 1978 together with the brothers Luis and Santiago Auserón, and together with him he composed emblematic songs such as 'Escuela de calor', 'La negra flor', 'The statue of the botanical garden' or 'Anabel Lee'.

Later he was part of Radio Futura and after the dissolution of the band he published his first solo album called »Mentiras' in 1995.
