One of the most important novels in history, and that curiously has not yet been taken to the big screen, is none other than Don Quixote. We will all remember a Terry Gilliam fighting with the elements to carry out a filming of one of his films, which never was, and which was curiously based on the life of Don Quixote de la Mancha.

That great literary work by Miguel de Cervantes of which Pixar is rumored, will make his next film, the one that it would be titled Up and its premiere would be in 2009, to be more precise on June 12 of that year.

The direction will be in charge of Pete Docter (Monsters SA) and Bob Peterson, it will be written by Bob Peterson and Ronnie Del Carmen, produced by Pixar Animation Studios and made by Walt Disney Pictures.
