Chris Hemsworth's Incredible Weight Loss For His New Film

Chris Hemsworth has shown a photograph where his weight loss is evident for his new film, Ron Howard's film 'In the Heart of the Sea'.

Surprising physical change, even more so if we remember him from films like those of the Marvel Cinematic Universe where he plays that marvel called 'Thor'.

After playing the Viking God, Chris Hemsworth now puts himself in the shoes of Owen Chase, the former captain of Essex, a ship that was wrecked when it collided with a white whale and left its crew adrift in lifeboats for three months in 1820.

Ron Howard wanted to capture the harsh conditions that those sailors suffered and Chris Hemsworth has given it his all so that their physical appearance would support the cause.

The interpreter assures that he has lost so much weight, especially muscle mass thanks to a new diet show called 'Lost at Sea', in Spanish 'Perdido en el mar', which comes to him not even painted by the film he has shot. Chris Hemsworth also wanted to clarify that it is not recommended to anyone.

'In the heart of the sea' will premiere on December 4 this year, in the middle of awards season, we will see if this physical change is worth a prize or at least a nomination.
