Damian Marley, the youngest son of singer Bob Marley, has announced that he is turning a former California State prison into a marijuana plantation, all for medicinal purposes. Damian already has two plantations in Denver and Colorado, albeit smaller.
The new business lacks a small detail to get going, and that is that proposition 64 is approved for the adult use of marijuana, which it will be voted on November 30 and it seems that it has all the ballots to be approved. With this new law, an adult person, over 21 years of age in the United States, will be able to "possess, buy, transport and consume up to one ounce of marijuana (30 grams) and up to 8 grams of concentrated marijuana."
In addition, with this law, all counties in the state of California will have the permission to control its production and sale.
