Asia will record a new album

The legendaries Asia They will record a new album next year and also announced a world tour. The symphonic band consisting of Geoff Downes, Steve Howe, Carl Palmer and John Wetton will release an album of Unpublished songs after almost two decades with this training.

The group reunited with their original line-up last year for a tour, but it seems the magic is still alive and they are already recording a new album due out in April. Remember that the name Asia It is owned by Downes and with replacements the group has always been active.

The funny thing is that after announcing the return of the orginales, the previous members of the group - with John Payne at the head - decided to continue and will also tour in 2008, under the name of «Asia featuring…«.
