Ali 'Ollie' Woodson, the lead singer of the legendary The Temptations, died yesterday in California, after suffering from cancer for a long time.
Woodson was 58 years old and was not an original member of the group, but he sang between 1984 and 1986, and between 1988 and 1996.
He was the producer, author, and singer of the Temptations hit "Treat Her Like a Lady«. In 2008, he was diagnosed with leukemia and was hospitalized for several weeks.
