The plot tells the story of a horror novelist (John Cusack) who only believes in what his eyes see. After dedicating himself to discrediting paranormal phenomena that occurred in supposed ghost houses, he has come to the conclusion that there is no life beyond death. But everything will change when you enter room 1408 at the Hotel Dolphin.
